Where would you all suggest I go looking for an older but functional TV that will run older consoles? Or do you think some kind of splitter would work best that'll allow my HD tv to read the old low-res feeds? I am itching to dabble in my old collection. An HDMI-based way would allow me to record video. I'm pondering getting into the YouTube game in some fashion...
My only idea there would be to check CraigsList.

If you decide to go the converter route instead, just make sure it's one that does not induce any latency. You'll really feel the lag in those old games and it could make them tough to play.

So with all the excitement of Bubsy being inexplicably revived I just bought a copy of Bubsy 3D because in the words of our favorite bobcat mascot: "What could possibly go wrong?"

I really enjoyed some Bubsy back on my ol' Genesis. I would love for this sequel to hit the Nintendo Switch.

The first one is a passable game that they could have built upon but they really screwed the Bobcat with 2. I've heard little good about the Atari Jaguar sequel they made and Bubsy 3D was what we thought was a nail in the coffin. I'm really wondering who thought we really needed a new Bubsy game but hopefully having the people behind the new Great Gianna Sisters games behind it means we can expect something good.

Hey...just wondering if anyone had any insight on how to come across one of these, but...anyone know a place to buy a 3DS with the Ambassador status still intact?

Bubsy 1 and 2 are not good games. But, they have a warm place in my gamer heart. I'm cautiously ... pessimistic... about a new Bubsy. But I'll check it out. =)

@GDG

I do not, sorry =\

I think Bubsy 1 is a solidly decent game. Controls we're a bit iffy but they were in the 6.5-7.0 range, IMO. Despite it's flaws, I had a lot of fun with it.

Good! Always makes me glad when unpopular games find love =) After all, that game is the result of a lot of hard work.
