I feel the same way, Arkham Knight tried to do too much and in turn failed in some big ways such as the Batmobile sections which often felt like padding, heck they even took one of the more interesting boss battles and made it another tank battle. Arkham City is definitely my favorite out of the series.

Continuing through Stardew Valley (solo) and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (with my wife) and Rayman Legends (4 player local when friends are over) and having a lot of fun! Interestingly trying Xenoblade and Rayman solo results in me not really enjoying either game, lol.

Also only semi "playing" related, Banjo tweeted about listening to the Yoshi's Woolly World soundtrack so now I'm hooked on that while doing art. Good stuff.

I really want to play Monkey Island 3 and Day of the Tentacle again right now.

Glad your enjoying that OST again JK.

After 35+ hours with it I have now 100%ed Picross S. Metroid Samus Returns is also beaten along with Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

So now I only have Picross e8 and Elliot Quest as open games I started this year. I'll work on those but I will probably start up Hey! Pikmin today. Anyone play that?

I heard decent things about Hey Pikmin, but haven't played it. Just couldn't quite bring myself to after Chibi Robo Zip Lash. That game broke my heart, and I didn't want the same thing to happen with Pikmin, even if the DS game was decent.

Couldn't say. For me it lasted both ten minutes and an eternity of agony.

Some good news and bad news about Zip Lash: It used Miiverse you could look up to help unlock costumes and now Miiverse is gone. The good news is that it was just number passwords you can look up online anyway.

Got the remake of Shadow of the Colossus today. Beautiful. Gives me feeling that if I were 10 years old when it came out in 2005 that this is how the game would have looked in my eyes rather than at almost 23. And I really think damn did it really come out almost 13 years ago?
You cannot grasp the true form of this post! Sorry.

Wow hard to believe that game is that old! But man, it’s hard to think even a game like Twilight Princess came out like, 12 years ago.

Time stops for no one.
