Still working on TMS#FE, but I've been distracted by birthday gifts like the complete 1987 TMNT cartoon box set and a few Scarlet Spider graphic novels ^_^

So something cool happened, I just randomly on twitter started a conversation with a guy who worked for a period of time on Bubsy 3D. Not a whole lot of info but that apparently the main Bubsy 3D team was delusional about how they stacked up against Mario 64. Real cult like apparently.
You cannot grasp the true form of this post! Sorry.

That's cool, I've spoke to someone who worked on that game too, now days he does Board Game runthroughs, his name is Richard Ham (goes by Rahdo now) and was a designer on the game. He said they were really rushed on the game.

I watch Rahdo sometimes. His video on Burgle Bros is why I decided to have that Kickstarter. I didn't know he worked on Bubsy 3D.

Yeah he was a game designer before he retired, he also worked the Fable series.

That IS a pretty great box. :)

On the topic of Whatcha Playing again, we are taking a road trip but upon return I'm hoping to get some time in with Splatoon 2! Woo! (Only challenge is I'm experiencing some of my dizzy spells [which seems to pop up a few times a year, especially when I'm tired] so I don't know if I'll be able to do much in the way of crazy-dizzying-shooter. But hopefully I'll rest up and it will get back to normal!)

Cursed Castilla EX is a really fun game. Check it out on 3DS, y'all!

Okay, I still say Cursed Castilla is a fun game. It IS! But it is definitely challenging! This part:

These turtles make the jumps insanely difficult! It was real work, but extremely satisfying when I conquered it!

But then these mermaids showed up:

And while they look like Ariel from Disney's The Little Mermaid, they are far more mean! Knocking me down into the water (insta-death!) at every chance.

Challenging as it is, finishing a stage is extremely satisfying! This victory scene is such a relief!

Anyway, be sure to check this out when possible. Great game is great!
